Y para poder subdividir uno tiene que tener el plano municipal aprobado con las unidades indicadas.<\/p>\n<p><span>Para dividir por el regimen de tierra uno tiene que cumplir la medida minima de terreno para la zonificaci\u00f3n. \u00a0Y eso lo determina la municipalidad.
